How do student boxes get assigned?
By the Residence Life office.
As an employee, can I send personal mail through the Mailroom?
Yes. USPS, UPS and FedEx shipments or letters must be sealed, addressed and bear the correct postage for USPS.
Why does my mail sometimes arrive later in the day?
The United States Post Office (USPS) doesn't always have all the UCCS's mail sorted by the time the Mail & Shipping Services pick it up in the morning. Any mail not picked up will be for the next day.
Why do I have to sign for packages that are dropped off in my department?
Mail Shipping Services signs for all packages delivered to us by all carriers. We then enter these deliveries into package tracking software and account for it by having department Coordinators sign for their packages.
